Easter, in negative relief
Santiago semana santa, a rather dry affair. Everyone scurries off to the campo, to escape the dirt and smog. The city left dead and listless, the air let out of a balloon.
I wander the streets on Easter Sunday, a slight fall gloom beginning to croach in. The half deserted streets, a cloudy day, and a slightly random ennui.
I putter down to the Plaza de Armas, curious to see what Easter...
